Do you ship Vrba Beef?

We do not ship. We are happy to deliver for an additional charge!

What butcher do you use?

We process with ASC Locker out of West Point, NE. They are a USDA certified and inspected butcher. We are happy to work with a local butcher who allows us to dry age our beef for at least 21 days, which ensures the best-quality taste and tenderness. After the dry age process, our beef is cut to our specific preferences, vacuum-sealed and then picked up by us to deliver to our customers.

Do your cattle receive added hormones or antibiotics?

They do not! We don’t use any added hormones at all, and the animals that source Vrba Beef products have not required the use of antibiotics. We fully believe in giving animals the proper medications they may need, but we also believe in being transparent. If an animal in our feed yard does require medication to get it back to healthy, we pull it from our Vrba Beef program and sell it with the rest of our cattle. We take the time to check all of our cattle daily to ensure they are healthy.
